About Yachticon
Yachticon was founded in Germany in 1982 by Astrid Nagel. Its first product was Aqua Clean, a liquid for keeping drinking water on board fresh – made at first in the family kitchen and later in the cellar.
Oliver Nagel joined in 1992 and the range grew steadily from ten products to more than 1,000 for boat care, cleaning and maintenance. Yachticon moved to Norderstedt, near Hamburg, in 1999 and opened its current head office and warehouse there in 2016. Export has been an important part of the business from the start.
